The terms mentioned below apply to all the services; they thus form integral part of the contract between the customer and the Tour Operator. The contract becomes effective after registration and payment of the 1st instalment. The fact of being registered for one of our trips implies total sticking to our terms.
REGISTRATIONS
the booking is effective on receiving the 1st instalment, which accounts for 50% of the total amount of the estimate,
The payment of this 1st instalment will have to be carried out in accordance with the prescribed time on the estimate. In case of default, LaBelle Feeling Well establishes one’s right not to take into account the reservation.
The balance will be payable on the spot on arrival by traveller cheques, credit card or cash. The additional charges, if the case arises, will be also settled on the spot.
CANCELLATION / LOADING
An amount of CHF 200 which corresponds to 120 € will be retained for any cancellation until the 31st day before the departure. At the end of this period, LaBelle Feeling Well will pay back a part of the 1st instalment, the amount of which will vary according to the date of cancellation.

If the intervention should be cancelled on the spot, due to past medical records, the 1st instalment will be totally paid back, after deduction of the following expenses:
- Pre-surgery medical check-up
- Airport transfer and assistance
- 3 nights at the hotel
- Air transport
CASE OF ABSOLUTE NECESSITY
If, in a case of absolute necessity (bad weather, failure of air transport, death…), the customer cannot take part in his stay as agreed initially, he will not be paid back but could be deferred to a later date arranged between the customer and LaBelle Feeling Well.
On the contrary, in the event of a cause beyond control (problem of health of the physician, bad weather, death…), LaBelle Feeling Well could not be held responsible for any event leading to the temporary cancellation of the stay. This latter could not be paid back but will be deferred to a later date, which will be decided by mutual agreement between the customer and LaBelle Feeling Well. After acceptance of this new programming, the customer will not be able to claim any allowance, whatever it is.
RESPONSIBILITY
In the event of incident, breakdown, delay, personal injury, losses of luggage… due to air transport, LaBelle Feeling Well could not be held responsible for it even if the purchase of the plane tickets proceeded by its intermediary. This responsibility is the only fact of the airline companies ensuring the transport of the passengers and their luggage.
INTERRUPTION OF JOURNEY
If the journey was to be stopped only because of the customer owing to the non respect of the schedules fixed by the airline companies, incomplete or out-of-date identity papers or documents of journey or any other causes leading to the cancellation or the interruption of the journey apart from the case of absolute necessity, the expenses that would result from this will be totally chargeable to the customer. It is very significant to know that ONLY the traveller is RESPONSIBLE of the validity of his identity papers and of the acquisition of the possible visas.
CHANGE OF PRICE
We reserve ourselves the right to modify the prices in the event of variation of the currencies’ rate or unforeseeable increases (new official taxes, etc…). If the case arises, the traveller will be informed in time.
RISKS AND COMPLICATIONS
Any surgical operation involves risks or can generate complications which are always measured. Certain risks are dependent on the surgeon and are avoided thanks to his experience, his know-how and his seriousness. Other risks are independent of the surgeon and are specific to certain interventions. During your pre-surgery consultation, the surgeon will detail you the possible complications.
Final improvements
It is always necessary to speak about it before an intervention of plastic surgery. A final improvement is a complementary gesture to perfect the result of an intervention and not a complication. If that proved to be necessary, the hospital expenses, doctors’ fees and probable new prostheses inherent to this surgery intervention would be dealt with by LaBelle Feeling Well. This guarantee does not cover air transport and concerns only the patient.

COMPLAINTS
Any complaint concerning the stay, apart from medical performance, must be formulated on the spot to the persons in charge of LaBelle Feeling Well, then set down in writing at the latest 15 days after your return accompanied by all the supporting documents. At the end of this period, no complaint could be taken into account.
LITIGATIONS
The provisions of the Swiss law are only valid for the stays.
