PASSPORT

It is obligatory and must be valid for all the tourists travelling individually without preliminary reservation of the stay.


CUSTOMS

You will have to fill in a card, handed to you in the plane. This card is in two parts which should be entirely filled. At the customs, the officer in charge will stamp both parts of the form and will give one back to you. You will use it as an identity card in Tunisia. It should be kept on you and returned to the police control the day of your departure.


TELEPHONE

During your stay, we will provide you with a cell phone with up to 20 Tunisian dinars of free calling together with the phone numbers of the assistant team.

CLOTHING

In winter envisage mid-season clothes and a warmer outfit. From June to September, bring summer clothes.

All the hotels have a reachable doctor 24 hours a day. In the event of urgency, contact the delegate of LaBelle Feeling Well on his/her mobile. He/she is reachable permanently.


MEDICINES

You will find all types of medicines in local chemists. On the other hand, do not forget your usual medical treatments and your physician’s prescriptions for your specific medicines.


THE ELECTRICITY

Everywhere you will find 220Volts; plugs are identical to those in Europe, except the English plugs.


CREDIT CARD

They are accepted in the majority of the first-class hotels and in almost all the stores and shops inherent to the hotel. In all the cities, you will find cash dispensers enabling you to withdraw money.


VACCINES

No vaccination is required.

It is the same as in Europe.
