PRINCIPLE
The surgeon carries out in the greasy area one or two openings of puncture of 3 to 10 mm maximum (thus without true scar), and introduces there one canal.
Linked to a very powerful system of drawing in, this nozzle will draw in with the highest degree of accuracy the surplus of greasy cells; These latter, thus eliminated, will not be able to regenerate themselves any more to store greases again. The result is thus final: there is no risk of "relapse".
Liposuction is not a treatment of the surface cellulites (orange skin) which origin remains unknown and which is independent of the underlying surpluses of grease, even if they are often associated.
It does not consist either of a method of thinning (the loss of weight is insignificant, grease being very light) but of a technique of slimming.
It is particularly prescribed for localised greasy clusters without fall of skin. Then it often helps the patients to lose weight.
The result is as much better as the skin is elastic; it is thus variable according to the age of each individual.
THE ANAESTHESIA
The local anaesthesia (also painless) is advised for the micro-LIPOSUCTIONS (face, chin, knees and various liposuctions) or any other small surplus of grease. You can leave the clinic the very same day.
For more important liposuctions, the general anaesthesia is indicated. A complete pre-surgical check up is then practised. The general anaesthesia keeps all its value for those who do not want «to see, or hear anything ". The hospitalization is then of 24 hours.
THE RESULTS
 The bandage is changed two or three days later: The patient will put on skin-tight for varicose veins or a special girdle for a month.
Some very bearable pains are frequent the first 4 days.
Massages with or without lymphatic drainage are advised.
DURATION OF THE STAY IN TUNISIA
We advise you a one week stay, therefore a hospitalization of 24 to 48 hours.
THE RESULT
It can really be appreciated only in the 3rd month (the time varies from 1 to 4 months according to individuals) after the residual secondary greasy melting. It can be improved during the first year. A pre and post surgical study of photo enables you to appreciate its importance. To optimize the result, it is advised to adopt or preserve good habits of life. |
