	BREAST DECREASE       This surgery is particularly indicated for women suffering from saggy breasts with or without excessive volume. THE ANAESTHESIA The intervention is carried on under general anaesthesia. Hospitalization lasts usually 48 hours. RESULTS The final shape and volume of the breasts are obtained within two months. The residual inevitable scars become in a few months barely visible. They can change during the two years after the intervention. The final improvements are exceptional: They relate mainly to the great mammary hypertrophies and allow correcting certain scars at least one year after the intervention.
