Here are the various stages to be followed since your first request for information until your return home. Would you please be so kind as to read this guide thoughtfully and to carefully fill in the forms required to each stage. |

| STAGE 1: FREE ESTIMATE AND WITHOUT OBLIGATION |
 |
|
Before any surgical operation, an estimate must be drawn up. To receive a free estimate without obligation click here : request for estimate and sending of photographs.
A specific estimate will be transmitted to you if your request is accompanied with two colour photographs (one full-face and another in profile) of the part of your body to be treated. |

These will make it possible to the surgeon to accurately evaluate your case and to establish if the result which you hope for is possible or not.
N.B. : All communicated information will remain strictly confidential. The medical advice (before the visit to a surgeon) is free and without obligation on your part. |

| STAGE 2: MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS |
 |
|
Upon reception of your personalized estimate, if that suits you, would you please fill in the form of past medical records. All information required in this form is very significant: It makes it possible to the surgeon to establish an accurate medical diagnosis about you and to draw aside possible contraindications to the medical care you request. |

| STAGE 3: YOUR CHOICE |
Upon reception of your form of past medical records, we forward to you the diagnosis of the practitioner related to your case.
If his/her decision is positive (that is: your health state does not reveal any contraindications for the care requested), you will also receive by mail a document entitled "mutual assent" as well as the reservation form. Subsequently, you will have to observe 7 days, a minimum time for consideration, before confirming us your reservation.
During this time for consideration, we remain at your disposal for any additional information. Thus do not hesitate to contact us. A telephone conversation with the practitioner can be scheduled by LaBelle Feeling Well. That will enable you to make his/her acquaintance and to have answers to all the questions which you could still ask yourself. |

| STAGE 4: CONFIRMATION AND RESERVATION |
After the time for consideration, you are sure of your choice and wish to confirm your reservation. Send us back by mail or post the reservation form. You are required to make a deposit of 50% (as specified in general terms of sale).
The document entitled "enlightened mutual assent" will have to be submitted to the surgeon at the time of your medical advice (before the visit to a surgeon) in Tunisia. |

Your appointment for the operation

| STAGE 5: ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT OF TUNIS CARTHAGE OR MONASTIR |
 |
|
On your arrival at the airport, you will be welcomed by a member of the team of LaBelle Feeling Well who will ensure your transfer to the hotel of your choice. You will profit from an effective and discrete service with a representative speaking your language perfectly. She/he will also answer all your questions. |

| She/he will as well deal with the reconfirmation of your return flight and will remain at your entire disposal for any request. At the hotel, you will be able to benefit from a relaxation treatment, which will help you to relax and get rid of the stress of the journey. |

| STAGE 6: PRE-SURGERY MEDICAL ADVICE |
 |
|
The appointment with your surgeon will be scheduled according to the agenda of your stay. A pre-surgery medical check-up (of blood and possibly heart and radiographic) can be required before this pre-surgery medical advice. This meeting will allow the doctor to check your motivations and your hopes and to explain to you the types of action to be taken for the intervention. |

The preoperative consultation will be concluded by the handing-over of the document of mutual assent, the confirmation of your initial estimate and the settlement of your invoice. The payment can be done in cash, by credit card (visa, master, etc) or Traveller Cheques (as specified in general conditions of sale).
N.B. : Traveller Cheques must imperatively be accompanied by the purchase note delivered by your bank. |

| STAGE 7: THE SURGERY INTERVENTION |

|
The surgical operation will take place the day after your medical advice with your surgeon. The representative of LaBelle Feeling Well will accompany you to the private clinic on the day of the operation to make easy to you the procedure of admission and to make sure you will be well taken care of. |

| STAGE 8: CONVALESCENCE |
 |
|
A representative of LaBelle Feeling Well will ensure your transfer from the private clinic to the hotel. LaBelle
Feeling Well will help you during this period of recovery at the hotel and will be given the responsibility to organize your post operative medical advice with your surgeon, as well as arrange all the care needed. |

| N.B. : The duration of your rest cure/convalescence will depend on the nature of the surgical operation or the care, as well as your past medical records. |

| STAGE 9: THE RETURN HOME: |
| LaBelle
Feeling Well will ensure your transfer in a private car to Tunis Carthage airport or Monastir airport. On your return home, do not hesitate to keep in touch with our team as well as your surgeon by phone or email. Your point of view and your testimonial will always be of a great value to us. |
